Standard Applications Probase Consulting provides on-going support services for standard applications like QAD MFG/PRO and other standard Progress 4GL based applications. Format of application support include remote and on-site support. Coverage include troubleshooting, consulting and software customizations and report generations. Support services is contracted either annually or quarterly. Customers who requires transitional support for short term basis can be considered. Ad-hoc report generations are also welcome . Apart from that, Probase Consulting can also provide application migration and transition support for standard applications. Custom Applications Probase Consulting also support any customized applications that has been developed using Progress 4GL Technologies and Progress RDBMS. Support services is similar to above. While Probase Consulting's primary focus is to provide Progress services in Singapore and Asia, we can also accept off-shore development services.
