Probase Consulting Provides Solutions and Services includes Application Development using Progress OpenEdge Studio, Progress 4GL, Progress Webspeed, Progress SonicMQ, SonicESB, Microsoft Visual Studio .NET including VB.NET, ASP.NET or C#.NET. The main focus is on Progress Customers and QAD Customers who require additional resources to perform some non-routine tasks.

Probase Consulting also provides Services for QAD MFG/PRO or Enterprise Edition (EE) Implementation, Customisation, QAD Reporting using C1 Report Framework or Progress 4GL, Integration and Work Flow Management using MetaStorm eWORKS, Progress RDBMS Tuning and Administration, and Microsoft .NET development.

Probase Consulting has implemented many QAD MFG/PRO or Enterprise Edition (EE) solutions in different environments. From electronic manufacturing to ship building, Probase Consulting is able to scale the application accordingly applying deep Progress 4GL knowledge, Crystal Reporting knowledge and the deep understanding of the MFG/PRO database structure and programming logic so that implementation is smooth and appropriate.

Apart from Progress based technology, Probase Consulting also provides Application Development Services. Probase Consulting provide complete System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as Business Consulting. Probase Cosulting currently operates out of Singapore and covers Asian Region. However, Probase Consulting is open to providing services outside of Asia particularly in Australia and New Zealand or any locations in Europe.

Probase Consulting has done major modification to MFG/PRO. One example is to re-develop the Sales Order module to cater to some special requirements. This involves updating the forecast, MRP, Sales Order Bills, Sales Order Allocation, Shipment, Invoicing, Works Order picklist, and so on. From simple modifications to complex modules, Probase is able to provide the modifications so that the application software will not be compromised.

Certainly, when implementing standard packages, we should avoid customization as much as possible. In the event that there is a real need to customize, we will do it such that customzation will not hamper future upgrade.
